For anyone doing any babel ast manipulation, you really should be doing snapshot testing. Also the babel-dead-code-elimination is brilliant for situations where you need to select some code and then get rid of the rest.

I like snapshot testing for functions that return arrays or objects for example. I don't have to assert a specific shape that I need to write by hand, which might be tedious. I can just generate a snapshot and that's it. Of course, snapshot needs to be validated because it will just output what you give it.

A video on motioncanvas would be great. I've started learning it, but many things just don't work smoothly as expected. Mostly text manipulation for me

How does it look like when we are dealing with dynamic lists? Great content!

It's going to work the same for any scenario, it's just going to expect that whatever the test outputs hasn't changed from what it was originally (or whatever you changed the snapshot to) - whether that is an appropriate strategy for a particular situation is going to depend.
