oh so true. even in the opposite! I personally couldn't overhead squat as well as my snatch was decent ! that is, I had problems in getting down under static load (overhead squat) but not in the "real" (dynamical) snatch turnover... strange, huh?

What were the actionable items from this video? It'd be better to give a list or summary of what to do or what to avoid. The not jumping front or back is good but what is something ppl can do to avoid that?

The entire video is a list of actionable items... it's literally an explanation of how to figure out the underlying problem so you can resolve it with a list of the most common possibilities to make the process faster. If you want full specifics for every single one, you're asking for a book. I'd suggest watching some of the hundreds of videos I have that address such specifics if you're looking for more details.
