The queen of the Olympic lifts - the snatch.
With an average time of 1.5 seconds to complete the lift, the snatch is widely considered the fastest and most powerful lift in the world - it’s also the most technical and requires skill, precision, and requisite strength.
At the CrossFit Semifinals in Event 5, individual athletes progressed through a snatch ladder, increasing in weight and decreasing in reps, as fast as possible - an event first introduced at the 2016 CrossFit Regional.
