Tomorrow is the 3rd anniversary of Snooks' death. Back in the 80s, I was lucky to spend many a night at Snooks Eaglin shows, watching in pure amazement. No matter how bad you felt, you were smiling at the end of the night. It's an overused phrase, but he was a true original. Thanks, Snooks, and rest in peace.

I was looking for some videos of George Porter Jr and I found this. I never heard about this guy before, shame on me. The guy is a brilliant guitar player and an amazing singer, what a voice. He's guitar playing is perfect and fits in a trio format without the need of any other instruments. I say again, shame on me for be missing this guy, he is a legend!
