Small diamond-shaped almond mostaccioli, decorated with “sa cappa”: the typical Sardinian white icing and decorated either with royal icing or, as I did, to make them more delicious, with dark chocolate. ✔️ 300 gr of peeled and toasted almonds
✔️ 100 gr of sugar
✔️ 2 eggs
✔️ a pinch of salt
✔️ 1 teaspoon of sambuca or fil'e ferru
✔️ the zest of an organic lemon (untreated)
✔️ a scant teaspoon of cinnamon
✔️ 20 gr of almonds and 20 gr of flour for the countertop
📝 INGREDIENTS for sa cappa:
✔️ 1 large egg white
✔️ 100 gr of icing sugar
✔️ 2 drops of filtered lemon
📝 INGREDIENTS for the decorations:
✔️ 20 gr of extra dark chocolate
♨ COOKING:
✔️ 150° in an already hot oven for 15 minutes
