小焗爐,大雞翼
材料:
急凍雞翼9隻
芝麻10克
處理/程序:
1. 雞翼,清水解凍。
2. 雞翼解凍後,倒去水分,加入粗鹽1茶匙乸10分鐘,去除雪味、腥味及加入少許鹹味。
3. 雞翼,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,用廚紙索乾。
4. 雞翼調味:
a. 生粉1湯匙,撈勻。
b. 胡椒粉適量,撈勻。
c. 蒜蓉半湯匙
d. 蠔油半湯匙
e. 生抽半湯匙
撈勻,醃10分鐘。
5. 芝麻,放碟上,放入焗爐焗1分鐘。
6. 焗爐盤上鋪上錫紙。
7. 戴上透明膠手套,鋪好雞翼在盤上。
8. 取出芝麻。
9. 雞翼,放入焗爐內,用200度焗8分鐘。
10. 取出雞翼,噴少許油在雞翼上,放回入焗爐內。
11. 用250度,焗雞翼8分鐘。
12. 雞翼,焗了5分鐘,檢查一下,180度轉一轉,繼續焗。
13. 又焗了3分鐘,取出雞翼,塗上蜜糖,灑上芝麻。
14. 雞翼,放回入焗爐,用250度焗4分鐘。
15. 完成,放好在碟上。
16. 可享用。

Ingredients:
Frozen chicken wings 9 Nos.
Sesame 10g
Preparation/Steps:
1. Chicken wings, defrost in tap water.
2. Chicken wings have been defrosted, pour away water. Season the wings with 1 tsp of cooking salt for 10 minutes, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to them.
3. Chicken wings, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels.
4. Season the wings:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp, mix well.
b. Pepper appropriate amount, mix well.
c. Garlic sauce 0.5 tbsp
d. Oyster sauce 0.5 tbsp
e. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp
Mix well. Season for 10 minutes.
5. Sesame, put on plate. Put in the oven and cook for a minute.
6. Put an aluminum foil on baking tray.
7. Wear a pair of transparent gloves. Put the wings in the tray in rows.
8. Take out the sesame.
9. Chicken wings, put into oven. Bake them at 200 C for 8 minutes.
10. Take out the chicken wings. Spray little oil on top. Put into the oven again.
11. Bake the chicken wings at 250 C for 8 minutes.
12. Chicken wings, have been baked for 5 minutes, take a check. Turn a turn with 180 degrees and continue baking.
13. Have been baked for another 3 minutes, take out the wings. Brush honey on them. Put sesame on top.
14. Chicken wings, put into the oven again. Bake at 250 C for 4 minutes.
15. Complete. Put on plate in rows.
16. Serve.
