Its simple IMO. Garret, Matt, Stephen and Bubbie are the core members of Good Good. Everyone else is essentially a business relationship (however friendly) and is expendable.

I think once new guys see how much money the original good good guys are making it causes some internal issues that aren't discussed. Once they get a slight following they realize they can make more money by just focusing on their own stuff. AJ could be in a different situation though since his family is worth 100s of millions already. Also let's be honest, Brad will be the next one to go sooner than later.

BDS opened a round on the basketball court for about 15 minutes after chatting it up on the BDS podcast. It wouldn't surprise me if GG flashed a few diamond skills. AJ might partner up with GG for that vid. A lot of those guys talk about pickleball. As fun as it is to watch the golf content, it would be cool to see a little PB smack being laid down!

I feel like Ben would be great as a regular on the GG channel. He and Garrett could have a really good, balanced match series, given Ben's recent struggles. I've been loving Ben's videos lately, but comparing content, he'd be a great addition, and it would be great exposure for him going forward.

People just assume since AJ’s dad played baseball that he’s a baseball guy. He said on his on channel that he gave up baseball in Middle School. His high school didn’t have a baseball team so he pursued golf.
@loganplummer811
5 ай бұрын
It’s not that he needs to be a “baseball guy” or has to be.. Aj has videos hitting balls of the tee(baseball) on a simulator and then the video with sploosh with the softball game. He may not have pursued baseball but if anyone in good good is doing anything with baseball it should #1 be AJ. He’s grown up in that lifestyle, he knows a lot.

Idk. Good good needs to figure something out. Content is getting stale. Merch is meh and the constant switch in members and associates is tiring. Good good I think appeals maybe to the Jr High and HS golfer where Grant and hell even BDS is more adult focused with content and merch. Idk. Might be time for them to grow up a bit. That's no disrespect at all but I bet that's a big reason why Grant micah and others have left even its not been said. I love good good and I have merch and watch their videos, but it seems as if the KZitem golf community is "growing up". They need to follow in my opinion

Is Luke Kwon's good good story a calculated self promotion move? i.e. He followed the Grant Horvat model. And the same thing Brad is probably doing. Join Good Good as a playing (non-ownership) member. Leverage the brand to build your own channel. And then go solo once you're big enough. Now you have a good size channel you couldn't build by yourself and can actually monetize in a much larger way than staying with good good but not being an owner. What does this model mean for good good long term? Grant, Micah, Luke all gone and good good isn't the same.

The trip through Texas week was devastating he shot a few shots better than Steve. And Steve plays dogshit. He seemed pretty bummed out, he probably saw that he isn't fit to play golf on camera just yet. He needs to improve A LOT. I think he sees himself as garret level of golfer. Or at least Scharf level. He isn't prepared to be the butt of the joke like Steve.

Good good has gotten to big. They started as friends. Watching videos lately you can see it's just a business. It's odd they play golf for a living but nobody practices. In life if you sucked at your job for 3 years, you would be fired.
