"We all have a little bit of social anxiety, it shows up differently in different people" When I wrote topic about this on social anxiety main forum at reddit, my post was deleted - soon enough I was banned from the forum, and I had many angry commentators saying that I am lying. The message why it was deleted was: "Sorry, this post has been removed by the moderators of r/socialanxiety. Moderators remove posts from feeds for a variety of reasons, including keeping communities safe, civil, and true to their purpose."

I'm sorry this happened. I suggest utilizing a different platform. I don't use platforms where people like to argue with each other. I post things to accounts that people choose to follow, like my KZitem channel, my podcast, my email list, and my business Facebook page. Not everyone will agree with the things I think and say, but I don't want to speak to everyone. I want to speak to the people who are interested in what I have to say. Blogging may be another great option for you. Don't stop sharing, just share in a different way.

@@starfishsocialclubSATX Thanks! I forgot to mention the crucial detail - I actually created my own group there about social anxiety in 2022, and now it even has almost 200 subscribers. Initially I would never allow myself to create group due to social anxiety - but I guess I am navigating it in correct manner if I succeeded doing it. My inner critic and toxic shame would told me that it is difficult to run my group (it is not), that it cost money (it doesn't). I see inner critic and toxic shame as motor behind social anxiety trauma. And yes, I do blog, I see writing as helpful tool for anyone struggling with social anxiety - it clears the clutter and things can be seen much more clearly when they are written and recorded.
