Hi Gerardo. I am a latina and I am 3rd year student of Community Development in University of Glasgow, Scotland. My lecture shared this video. Honestly I loved your speech, so powerful and full of ideas for my work in 2020. Thank you :) Gracias amigo

Gerardo has a really great grasp of the issue, based upon his own experience. Superhero? Not. Man of and for the people? Absolutely. Thank you, Gerardo, for opening my mind to greater possibilities in my own life. Also, putting superheros in their proper place and giving parents a different way of talking to their children about the solo superheros. God Bless you.

If you are not a hero, do these three things: 1. give ownership to people 2. to something cool 3. use known methods. Great talk

I do not know why this TEDx talk has so little views. It is a great talk to bring a better change to humanity. How can I get connected with you?

This is a great talk. Social justice can feel so far out of reach. Neo-liberalism has done a terribly harmful job at successfully separating us and convincing us society doesn't really exist. Together change is possible. Together we can do anything. Together we can create equality for all.

This is such a great talk, societies rely on leaders but they must emerge from engaged individuals that give the real power and make the real change in society. Kudos to my Latin brother :)
