Absolutely nothing is known is known about Socrates directly; everything we "know" about him comes through Plato; Basically, Socrates is Platos sockpuppet.

Indeed, much of what we know about Socrates is seen through Plato's lens. This makes us wonder: how 'pure' is our knowledge of any historical figure? Regardless of what actually happened in the past, I prefer to focus on what I can learn from what has been passed down to us.

Just like Sócrates taught, I try to question everything. But i dont think Plato changed anything in Sócrates' story
