Lemon glaze:
30 ml ( 1fl.oz ) fresh lemon juice
100 g ( 3.5oz ) of powdered sugar
zest of one lemon (optional)
Syrup for impregnation:
100 ml ( 3.5fl.oz ) water
30 ml ( 1fl.oz ) of "Limoncello" liqueur (you can replace some with lemon juice)
80 g ( 2.8oz ) of sugar
Bake at 170C - 325F ( Gas 3 ) 30-35 minutes
