Soft, fluffy low carb cake without white flour and sugar!
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 180 g/ 6,3 ounces, melted.
Sweetener (xylitol 2 teaspoons).
2 Eggs.
130ml Milk .
100g Almond flour (1 cup).
28g Coconut flour (1/4 cup).
30g Whey protein (1/4 cup).
Baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons.
100g Frozen blueberries (~ 1/2 cup).
- 18x12cm/ 7x5 inches baking pan+ baking paper
- bake at 180°C/350°F for 35-40 minutes
- cool down
- cut into 6 pieces
