Today, we are here to show you how to make sushi with soft shell crabs!
Ingredients (1 roll):
*1 Crab Meat
*1/2 Cucumber
*1/4 Avocado
*1 Small Crab
*1/2 Seaweed Paper
*Sushi Rice
*Corn Starch 2-3 T
*Eel Sauce
*Veggie Straws (optional)
Recipe:
1. Skin the cucumber around the core and cut them into thin slices
2. Cut avocado in 4 and peel the skin for each piece. Then slice them thinly
3. Put 2-3T of flour into a bowl and gently cover the crab with flour
4. In medium heat, gently place the crab and fry it until it is golden
5. Widely spread the sushi rice on the seaweed paper
6. Place crab meat, cucumber, avocado, and fried crab
7. Gently roll it with hand
8. Slice them into 5 pieces
9. Neatly place them on a plate and drizzle it with eel sauce
10. Put couple of veggie straws in a plastic bag and smash it
11. Lastly sprinkle the crushed veggie straws on top of the roll
