Paddu is a traditional breakfast recipe known by everyone. Usually people use urad dal to make paddu. Here we show paddu recipe without urad dal. Paddu is a spicy version of appam. So we need appam mould to prepare paddu. Finely ground batter is need to be fermented about 6-8 hours.
Ingredients- Rice- 3 paavu, Methi seeds- 5 tsp, Poha- 2 paavu, chopped veggies- onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves, grated carrots.Ghee for greasing.
