Going to be purchasing your version 4 hydro mixer soon and love this set up with the banjo 3 way to flush the system! But can you please let me know how you have the braided line down in to the tank on this set up and not a pvc drop stick? Are you guys just using a threaded barb fitting under the buckhead for the braided line? I like this set up way better! Thanks in advanced, and I’m excited to be a new costumer of yours!

Hello and thank you for the message. We use a uniseal fitting that the hose slides through, eliminating the bulkhead and 3 places where you could have air leaks. Here's a link to the uniseal fitting. washingequip.com/shop/ols/products/uniseal-tank-fitting

Sorry, I probably just confused you. Yes that has a hose barb on the inside. But I suggest you go without the bulkhead and use the uniseal. Mount the flush elsewhere. Check out our more recent videos that show the uniseal.

Haha no problem! I really appreciate your quick response! I liked the idea of having the 3 way on the tank, but as you said I will end up mounting it elsewhere and use uniseals for the tanks. Thanks again for your help! I’m looking forward to doing business with you guys within the next week or so!

Is that just a regular 3 way or is it a bottom load 3 way? I'd like to get this exact one and do the same thing. Also, is it threaded into a normal bulk head? Hard to tell from the video.

It's a side load valve, bulkhead is threaded

How accurate are these valves. Are they better than the GF valves
@midwestwashingequipmentllc1209
Жыл бұрын
Hello. Thank you for the message. The valves we use on our hydro-mixers are just as accurate as the GF valves. We prefer them since they have higher flow rates over other valves while still having metering or proportioning capabilities.

@@midwestwashingequipmentllc1209 Thank you very much for getting back to me. The GF valves on my proportioner from the power wash store are not that great. I'm looking to buy the Midwest in a few weeks I can't wait to get it
