This unit is working great! Links to items that I bought on Amazon are included. Remainder of items were bought locally.
amzn.to/49voOXJ Thermostatically controlled outlet plug.
amzn.to/3HXG4sU 120mm 120v Fans (2 pack)
Two way splitter so both fans are controlled by the switch.
LUMBER/HARDWARE
24" x 60" x 3/8" thick plywood (I bought 2' x 8', but if you can get a 4'x8' sheet, you could rip it and have enough to build 2 of these)
2"x4" x 8' (2) for the frame
1"x4" x 4' (1) for the dividers
Screws 2 1/2" and 1 1/2" to build the frame.
24"x48" Acrylic or Plexiglass (48" x 48" x 1/16" was $50 locally for me)
Fiberboard 6" x 24" x 1/8"" (2) to cover the ends.
Silicone Caulk (High temp would be best for longevity)
Flat Black High Temp Paint
80 Empty Aluminum Cans - De-tabbed an cleaned (Holes Drilled in bottom)
OPTIONAL ITEMS:
amzn.to/3HTxPyj Bluetooth Thermometer (2 Pack)
(These do data logging and have an APP for your phone. They have been really helpful in knowing how much my new heater is helping. I've only had them for two days now so will give an update later showing the results.)
3 prong extension cord to plug the Thermostatically controlled outlet into if your outlet is too far away from your installation.
Drawer Handles so carrying/moving is easier. (Also gave me something to tie straps to so it doesn't tip over.
