Wouldn't the UV rays effect the fruits DNA or structure someway negatively?

I mean it would probably break down and denature the DNA but that's not dangerous at all, cooking food also breaks down the DNA this doesn't affect it because most of the nutrients and calories aren't in the dna

@@syrehanmin6342 I have heard that before. So I guess that means that the nutrients themselves don't get broken down significantly or changed in a significant manner to then become useless or toxic?

If the fruits were growing, making new cells and multiplying. These are practically dead plants, their DNA isnt relevant.

@dieselfrk13 some are broken by the uv but not past the outer layer i mean what do you think the sun does to the fruit whilr its on the plant or to the leaves ok the plant?
