I love the quality and portability of some of these smaller gems, and how they can directly charge power banks but what’s less clear to me is wether this model or similar ones in it’s category are capable of modular set ups in parallel/series to eventually have the best of both worlds?

Finally a portable panel that has everything I'm looking for. No wasted space -- all "flaps" have solar panels on them, and there's just a single charger box, nothing extra, and the material is very durable. And it has USB-C PD charging that can max out the capacity of the panel. The only thing is, I wish it came in 30W (2 less flaps). 40W is a bit overkill for me. It comes in 10 and 15W versions too, but those are too low-power and have no USB-C. It would also be nice if it had a kickstand and less distance between the panels. So I guess not quite everything I'm looking for. Edit: I see that they used to have a 30W, exactly what I want, but it's been discontinued. That's too bad, I think that's the sweet spot.

Seems like I'm seeing more and more panels that actually meet or at least come close to the advertised rating. I know there's still a ton of absolute garbage out there, but it seems there's a touch more honesty lately. I really do like these panels. Tough as nails and very portable design.

Regardless of the efficiency of a panel (high efficiency 40/50 watt panel or a low low efficiency 100 watt panel) it should be law that a "stated rated" amount should be somewhat close to power otherwise false advertising IMHO
Folded 8 inches X 11 inches, may just pack into my 50 Cal. Ammo Can, Ham Radio, go-box?

Hello, nice video! I have a question about the DC connection, if I understand correctly, the voltage of the DC port adjusts itself and you can therefore connect 12V devices without any problems? What I want to do is charge a car battery. I was afraid that the solar panel would give 19V while the battery can be charged at a maximum of 14.5V

Great video!! What kind of cable did you use to charge the RocketPal with the solar panel? I have an Ecoflow River coming in the mail and I’m wondering which cable can I use to power it even if it take long to charge.
