I sold this in July of 2021 in South Carolina, just leaving the video up as a reference for what a boat and motor like this actually sold for, originally asking $12,000 and got a fair amount of interest, some super low ballers of course, but most honest offers were between $9k and $11k, the person that got it for $9500 showed up with cash and a good attitude. This is a 1984 22 foot Mako center console fishing boat, classic boat that is very sought after and is in good shape, 225 HP Yamaha two-stroke motor in great condition, tilt and trim work great, has updated electronics including a very nice big screen Garman full navigation and fish-finding system, also has a very nice newer galvanize trailer with new tires that can make long-distance trips no problem, the boat has good high-quality bottom paint on it for keeping it at a marina full-time in the water and the paint underneath the rub rail looks good, top white paint is peeling but no cracks or anything like that on the fiberglass, a top paint job would make it look like a wonderful antique, that doesn’t stop it from fishing fine and doing well, if this boat had a new paint job it would easily be worth $16-$18,000, without the paint job we are selling it for $12,000
