Thanks for showing us this. It’s given me the confidence to try some more soldering myself - until I saw your video, I thought that I was the messiest person in the world at soldering. Now I realise that there are at least two of us!

Putting a male plug into the female connector, whilst soldering the female connector's cables, will always save you a lot of grief. I liked the hot glue, I normally use silicon sealant.

Man those soldering ones are nasty, I think I'll stick with the slightly more expensive but cheaper terminal ferrules + screw-types than the marked up kits or pre-soldered segments.

+ - can change according to country. We can also choose for both new connectors i.e. if inside is chosen for + for male then inside is + for female also. Better find on particular device if they have marking
Can you explain the glew u apply purpose.and name Please

Hello my friends! I thought that simply unpacking the power connectors would not be very interesting, so I shot a video about how to solder the wires to them correctly. I hope this video was someone interesting and understandable.

Don't worry :) Hope I understood you correctly. Yes, you can solder connectors male female as shown in the video. Verify correct polarity and efficiency of the fan before soldering. Good luck!
