Enjoyed your adventure! Venus snoring, such a cutie pie😊😅. We did Sucker Lake 3 weeks ago, snow flurries and -5 but this place is worth it. Thanks for sharing your trip!❤

Gorgeous spot - thanks for sharing! You got some really nice shots of the serenity of the lake and area. We love our Klymit Static V sleeping pads too...that comfort is so important to a relaxing trip. Looking forward to more!

A very peaceful video! You must have put this up as soon as you got home! We were going to go to Algonquin yesterday but as soon as we saw the wind warning, um, nope lol. Too bad, it was a beautiful day! Glad you were able to get out an enjoy it. That site looked huge! :)

Great video, love the morning sunrise scene! I was out at the Kawarthas that weekend as well, (serpentine lake) lucky it only rained overnight and not during the day. We've been so lucky to have such great weather this fall! One thing I don't really like about the Kawarthas is their firepit, I much prefer the rock fire pits that you get at Algonquin backcountry sites! Looking forward seeing your other adventures 🙂

Thank you so much! I have the Swift pack boat in carbon/kevlar. She only weighs about 20-21 pounds. Absolute savior when it comes to the portages, and just handling in general. Enjoy! Beautiful spot!

Ok, so what kind of knot is that holding the canoe down on the car? It's not familiar to me.

It’s the knot I was shown when I picked the canoe up.. variation of the canoe knot I believe. Holds up very well…
