Really interesting, often thought about doing a stealth camp here. I’ve always wondered what the Snook looks like as well. I think the thought of getting rumbled had put me off but looks like you were stealthy enough to avoid that 👍

I never saw a sole after leaving the car park. I’d opt for a tarp and bivi bag in the summer, but the tourists might be a nightmare. If I’m honest I didn’t think it was possible.

Mr steak detective got me here.Good to explore the isle on foot mr Ashwood,was there 4year ago and just got off as we got our wheels in 6inches of sea on way out.think will try a hike next time there so thanx for the inspiration.new sub..

It’s a good location. Just need to be stealthy as the locals don’t like camping.

Windy but worth it. Bet you were glad it wasn't a spring tide that camp!

Too true. But the tide was about 150 mtrs from the beach.

I've had a couple of visits there in Season without a Tent, it was manic with tourists and walkers. Well impressed that you actually found somewhere to pitch away from the nosey parkers. The island all a bit too regulated against camping ,but I can see the idiots may spoil it. Nice video and drone shots.
