I'm watching another amazing video, and you are talking about how good camp fire cooking is, if you ever get a wild hair, I live in Arkansas, and my dad, hands down, can show you campfire and cast iron cooking that will literally blow your socks off!! As an Eagle Scout and growing up with my dad and HIS Westfalia, I have memories on memories of camping and cooking and eating. Maybe a series of some sort. Love the Videos! Jealous as hell!! Be Safe, peace.

*** DRONE SHOTS **** Hopefully this will help clear up some confusion. :-) I DO NOT HAVE A TEAM OF CAMERA PEOPLE FILMING ME. Here is a BRIEF explanation of how these drone shots are achieved. YES... every single one of these shots is all shot by myself, and only myself.... My DJI Mavic Air is actually GPS guided as most all drones are these days. I drive to a safe spot that I would like to capture. I launch the drone and fly it into position. Because it is GPS guided, the drone holds its elevation and position without me touching the controller. I set the controller down on the passenger seat. Then I drive the van through the scene. Once I have captured the shot I wanted, I fly drone to my new position in a safe parking spot and land the drone. Notice that any drone shot that has the van driving in the shot has very little to no movement? That is because the drone is set and I drive past it while it holds its own position. If you see a shot where it is tracking the van in a shot, the drone has been set to "active track" where it is set to follow a moving subject. I can also set the drone to follow a specific flight path. It is all very simple folks. No need to fret... It is all filmed by myself and I DO NOT have a team of camera people following me. I just needed to clear that up for everyone. Thanks for watching!!!

@@lnlyby_yt Okay, I get that, but that would mean he is watching the shot as he drives. Maybe he just sets it and drives for awhile without watching the shot and hopes for the best? Otherwise, he is driving while being distracted by watching his drone shot. Not the best plan on winter roads.

This is what humanity shouldve been like. Finding clever ways and clever tools to have a simple and satisfying life. Not spending 50 hours a week in a cubicle looking at a spreadsheet. Man did we screw up or what.

I think after a while, you get it down to a system. I’m sure he gets out there, sets up a bunch of go pros in good spots, let’s them record non stop and then sorts through the footage in between trips. I think maybe the first time it takes some planning and trial and error but he’s a pro film guy with a knack for framing and it seems he doesn’t have any shortage of decent equipment.

I lived in my van and tent for two years in the Mountains of North Carolina. Best two years of my life. When I retire, I'm gonna do the same thing. The only time I felt free.

Why do you not make 1 side lower, then the snow will run off, making a wind break If you buy or make a wind break for the otherside, the heat from the fire will heat the area

😒 I bet you he was three sheets to the wind by the time he ate half of that. He was probably talking to the abominable snowman when he got through eating.
