I'm not sure if you can help answer a question for me. I have an 8 month old high content wolf pup. She's super sweet, and I bring her to the dog park every day. My problem is, she's jumping the fences there to greet new dogs as they come in the park or she jumps it to see her favorite friends. This is obviously dangerous cause she could approach a leash aggressive dog on his way in and also teach the other dogs to do this. I don't want to stop bringing her cause she has such a great friend group and she has fun playing for hours. She listens to me wonderfully at home, but at the dog park, she doesn't listen well. Do you have any idea how to stop the fence jumping? I know she's feeling and testing her independence, but I've got to try and do everything in my power to allow her to keep going. She's so happy running free with her friends. ❤️ 🐾

I just found you and I think this is awesome. You said that the B.C. wolf could eat 40 lbs in a sitting. Not to ask a dumb question but if in the wild they were capable of acquiring that much or more daily do you think they would? In my mind the comparison is to a domestic k9 that will eat anything you present it regardless the amount.

They are so beautiful!!! I grew up in a nice bedroom community and some people about three doors down from us had a wolf in a wire cage just big enough for it to lay down in. It was so sad😢 I wanted to play with it because it needed a friend but I wasn't allowed to. I loved to hear it howl when there was a full moon. This was back in the 1970s and I was really young so I don't remember too much detail except it had a long snout and exquisite eyes. Just beautiful! It was almost like it could see right through me. Your wolves are so beautiful. Thanks for all your information about them. I think that they get a bad wrap because of the stories we read as kids like "Little Red Riding Hood " and "The Three Little Pigs".
