About the corn, could you do a video on how to know when it's ready? We planted some last year, but was never sure when to pull it, as we kept getting rain. Do you wait until it gets a frost on it?

I pull mine anytime after the stalk turns brown, but like you said, the abundance of rain can interfere with harvesting corn. But I let mine dry in a shed until I'm ready to shell and grind it. Probably a month or so. I also put it in the freezer for about a week to hopefully kill off any weevil larvae. That's a good idea for a video, I might try to do that this fall if I have corn to harvest, we've had a lot of rain here this spring so I'm late getting started with planting

@@1972BRJ thank you! That is so good to know. Although we are nearly 70, our parents had stopped raising corn for feed or to grind by the time we were big enough to learn about it. We only raise sweet corn to eat, now, but would to raise corn to grind. We have the space to do it. Thanks again. This really helps
