You have a beautiful property. As someone who is also retired and improving their property, choosing which projects to do yourself and which to pay someone else to do is important. As I used to tell people at work "I can't do everything that I did when I was only 65!" (I waited until I was past 70 to retire). Good luck with your projects.

Thanks. Congratulations on your retirement. I agree, sometimes "working smarter and not harder" means hiring someone who has experience and does it all the time to come in and just get it done so you have more time to do the fun stuff.

Nice place. I like being able to understand a little of the back story and other things going on besides the main content of the channel. Thanks for sharing.

Just found your channel this afternoon, thinking about a lift for my woodlands mill too. I’m near Thompson Falls in western Montana, I also cut lots of tamarack which we call larch. Makes strong lumber but lots of pitch.

Thanks for watching. Agreed about the tamarack, pitch and lumber. I love the accuracy and repeatability of the EpicSaw PowerLift.
