Like the infrastructure in most of the US outside of cities is so car-centric that it’s literally sad and dystopian. it’s a big part of why so many americans are fat, most places here aren’t walkable

So glad I decided to moved out to the sticks and commute to work. My eyes are still assaulted every time I go into the office but I get to wake up and see an undisturbed forest and mountain behind my house. It makes the morning wake and bake incredible. Last week I saw a black bear walking around as I smoked my cone.
