An important Italian poet of the 19th century (Giacomo Leopardi) describes the Sunday blues in one on his poems: on Saturdays the village has a festive atmosphere. But the joyful anticipation of Sunday is inevitably destined to disappointment. The poet then makes a general consideration on existence: in life, Saturday represents the illusions of childhood, Sunday represents adult life which coincides with the 'discovery of truth' and the fall of illusions. Sunday blues taken to the next level.

The elevator thing is somehow wilder in Deep Space 9, where the elevator to the command center had no doors but DID go up and down - but not far enough to be completely out of sight. So you'd begin or end shots with the characters arriving on the command center or going down out of it, but before/after t hose shots they would've been staring at everyone's ankles.

Friday after work I'm like "Thank God" but then the dread starts almost immediately because of all the house chores I have to do because I live in a house all by myself. I end up waking up the next morning not even wanting to get out of bed until like 2 PM. I often wish I could go to bed never wake up. Like, does anybody ever wish they could stay in that dreamless thoughtless void indefinitely? Like I could be in a box going nowhere, just stagnating. Maybe I should restart my antidepressants. 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 infinite tomatoes for the better help ad, esp for embedding it in a video where hosts talk about anxiety. Better Help was fined $7.8 million by the ftc for privacy breaches, they shared health information, email addresses and even IP ADDRESSES to outside groups, and lied to consumers about HIPAA compliance. I know it’s an ad an no one is providing medical advice in the podcast but I think podcasts should have to disclose the FTC fines and privacy violations if they’re going to run these ads. If anyone wants to pursue Telehealth for therapy, you can find a qualified therapist who offers a Telehealth option in their regular practice without giving money and risking your privacy with a profit driven app.
@dempos

It's weird that when you search for betterhelp that doesn't pop up in the initial results or news on google. You have to specify fine or ftc in order for it to show, and not many sites seem to have covered it. Also, it can certainly, hurt and drain the money of people who really need help, if it keeps them from seeking an actual doctor that can take insurance, diagnose conditions and prescribe any needed medications.
