My favourite thing about her is she’s a free spirit. C’mon, her stories, her humour, the way she dresses, everything about her says free spirit. And that’s what I love about her.

I personally have been repelled by most country music for a majority of my life, until I grabbed wind of these great and growing voices featured on Western AF/GemsOnVHS. They are without a doubt, changing the genre for the better and Sierra is absolutely leading the way. It is incredible to witness.

My best part is just simply that VOICE! I found her on KZitem accidentally and it was the live performance at Red Rocks I believe and she did “In Dreams”. I was hooked at that very moment. My favorite country/bluegrass singer is Emmylou and I agree with you that she will if not already be in her class.

She's been busking away around the USA for 14 years. She honed her craft, in part, by projecting her voice over the noise of the traffic. I like the way she plays around with notes when she sings. It's not like Mariah Carey or her copiers, where they run 3 scales before landing on their destination note. SF is having fun, bouncing around on a few notes, like a Superb Fairy wren hopping along branches. I love her fashion sense, particularly her boot collection. Gr8 hats, too.

My favorite part about her is that every live performance is different. She somehow manages to add so much flare and personality that it makes it a lil different each time which I think is special. For example “In Deams”. Has anyone else noticed this? THE BEST VERSION of In Dreams is on her set at XPoNential Music Fest 2021. At that time it was called “Take me with you”

I don't know how else to describe it, but there's an inherent musical tension in her voice that really really works for me. Her voice makes my ear feel the same way that a singer like Loretta Lynn does, or like the harmonies between Ralph and Carter Stanley

The first thing that caught my attention was Sierra's voice. But then if you watch enough videos you realize how many different styles she can sing and play and then you realize that if we and she are lucky, we're only seeing the very beginning of something very exciting to watch for a long time.

I love the way she connects with something hauntingly primal in my memories. Takes me back to sounds and places of my youth. Back to hearing music when I was young that already sounded a bit old to me...the old places all across the south that were old and that were going to stay that way. You can hear the connection to the past and to American culture she has in all of her notes and phrasing...in all of her lyrics. And she can change each of them up to sound more western or more jazzy or more bluegrass. She is a generational talent and to see her perform is a highly recommended experience.

Hey you know she recently released a three song set live on the current. Benn awhile since you reacted to her. eh? eh? :) Anyway I say it all the time about her...what is so, so rare is how she can seduce you right through the camera lens. I mean there so many factors that calculate into someone really breaking huge. Lots of people have great voices and great songs but very few have her charisma. I agree she is as good as any of the greats ever were and she's just getting started.. You probably know she has a full band now including a drummer and they're starting venture into electric instruments. And think "American Dreaming" should be a much bigger hit than it currently is. Right now my favorite tune to hear her play is "Dollar Bill Bar"

At times she is Loretta, at times she is Patsy, and she sings Hank songs. She is a fantastic country artist, but she is too far from Blake Shelton where I don’t think she will super get hot on the Country Top 40. But I would love to be wrong about that.
