Oh thank you Carly. That was indeed beautiful. I’m retired and had on my bucket list to go through as many of Shakespeare’s works with videos by someone like yourself by my side to help interpret! Thank you again from Australia. 🙏

Shakespeare contemplates surviving the 'clock', the seasons, the time, through his art, and the more normal way, through his 'breed'. So fascinating, because this is a mind roaming over transcendence of his talent, and the ordinary concerns about pairing and living on through children. God, Shakespeare I love you. His art, his family. One way or another.

Thank you for showing the actual text! So many analysis channels just read the text while still on facecam which makes it hard to follow along unless I bring it up in another window

Thank you so much!!! I have a treasured copy of sonnets that never leaves the house but i just got a pocket copy ( forget where) and was able to follow your analysis of #12 with that in a coffee shop. Thanks so much for your efforts and passion. With gratitude , chuck.

Shakespeare says 'the clock that tells the time' -- he means the changing of the seasons, the seasons are a clock. God, Shakespeare I love you

thank you for this. I really need to devote myself for a few weeks or months to just the sonnets, as my immersion into them has been fleeting, just skimming the surface.
