Is that blooming on the logo at 28:15 or is it the camera?

Your channel is on the launch pad of 2024! Cant even imagine what's in store for all of us in 2024? Do you think Sony will release a follow up to the A95L for 2024 as it just came out in late October?

Hello thank you for your services. Your journey sounds a little like mines . I’m upgrading this year from a lg 77 CX, I wanted to go back with oled as I’ve owned a ton of TVs . I started with the lg g3 77 beautiful picture very bright with mla technology.tried 2 and they both had some kind of popping sound I couldn’t take it . Then I tried the Samsung s95c 77 I felt just ok wanted a little brighter . Then I decided to go 83 inch with lg c3. Picture was very dim . All my purchases through Best Buy by the way . I’m a total member and they been great with the exchanges. Best Buy only had the X93 I ordered then I checked last week and they added the X95 thousand off president sale , so tomorrow they are bringing me this x95L tv to mount on wall … I’m praying 🙏🏽 this tv works out as it’s been a journey for sure thanks again for your video.

Good luck and let us know how it goes. The only TVs worth purchasing today in my opinion are the Sony 77” A95L or the 85” X95L. That’s it.

Funny enough I was gonna email you this week . Usually I’m an oled LG man .. but I have much respect for this tv . I’ve been enjoying the picture. Still adjusting to settings and stuff . Brightness is good , colors is good and features are definitely good . Video games is tricky .. I have a nice hdmi switcher so that’s how I get my Xbox to do 4k 120 . I was worried about i also have my ps5 plugged into the same switcher . So everything works fine . Not crazy about the material on the backside its flexibility of it but I’m confident in my mount Best Buy did . So far so good Upgraded my Sonos . I have an arc and surround S1s upgraded the surrounds to two Sonos Era 300s and I added the black gen 3 subwoofer. I can honestly say this one so far seems to be the winner for me . How’s yours been holding up ? And thanks for asking me and checking up

@@blackscorp Appreciate the feedback, it's me asking and not CarsGunsTV its all good tho. I currently have a 65A80L but I need a 83 or 85 for living room so I'm considering either the 85x95L, 83A80L or the 83G4. Is yours in a bright room with natural light? How is it with reflections? Kinda sucks there is only two hdmi 2.1 inputs but I run everything through my Sony ES AVR

I was in between this 85x95l and the 77a95l. In the end, i went with the a95L. 85 inch would have been too big for my place 😂 i think both TVs are the best from sony 2023 lineup

Both are excellent choices. It all boils down to what size you need.

Really interesting to hear your views on this tv, I definitely think I’m in the same position as you my 55 inch A95L isn’t big enough so I’m seriously considering getting this 65 inch X95l instead for more immersion etc. I also agree with you about Oleds having a kind of over dynamic/ sheen to them at times making it look less cinematic. Coming from an Oled to mini LED how do you feel about the black levels especially in low light settings and is the blooming a problem for you?

On this particular set, the blooming is a non issue for me. But it has been known that the 85” version is the best performer when I comes to contrast and blooming. So I’m not sure exactly how the 65in performs. The best thing to do is order it, sit it side by side to your 55” A95L and watch content. Keep the one you like better and return the other.

@@IntotheFurther. I spoke to Sony and in the uk all the x95l sets have the same contrast and dimming zones regardless of the screen size . I’m sure the extra screen size will make a difference compared to my 55inch . How good are the black levels ?

Question, when you are showing the fireworks, there looks like a lot of blooming, was that because of the camera or can you see that in real life?

That my iPhone camera exposure. No blooming at all in person. I tried my best to keep adjusting the exposure but it’s only an iPhone.

Thanks for your video, just the review I needed. I have an overhang as well and wasn’t sure if I should get the 85” if it has an overhang. Could you let me know is your tv ok on your cabinet? Does it feel like it’s going to tobble over?

Thanks for this inspiring vid. We are in the same boat. I’m looking for an immersive/cinematic experience and was thinking of a 77”. I sit 8.5’ - 10’ from the TV mounted, with bright light. Question: How is the picture from your couch (pixelated? Smooth?). From your experience with it, do you find 8.5’ - 10’ viewing distance too close?? adequate???
@IntotheFurther.
8 ай бұрын
Unlike the past, this TV doesn’t look as soft and pixelated from my viewing distance of 9 feet due to Sonys new XR clear image processing. That feature is one of the reasons why I decided to go with the 85” X95L, I wouldn’t get any other TV at this size. It’s either the 77” A95L or the 85” X95L for me. Now while it’s not the contrast of OLED, it is the best performing miniLED I’ve ever seen and the best on the market. So if you feel like you really need and want this size I’d got for this TV. The 77” is just a bit too small. It just looks like a TV while this thing feels way more immersive. Gotta compromise.
