The objective of this video series is to test the battery life of Sony FDR-X3000 with BOSS (Balanced Optical SteadyShot) turned on. I charged the battery full the night before the ride and let it run until the battery ran out.
With BOSS (Balanced Optical SteadyShot), it ran 1hr 12 mins. I will be doing the same test with BOSS turned off in the near future.
This video shows the performance of BOSS (Balanced Optical SteadyShot) on the Sony FDR-X3000, battery life with BOSS enabled, and mic cover.
