Please explain me one doubt that after GSC condensate water goes to Deaerator level control station and then goes to drain cooler. In that deaerator level control station,I have seen three lines,in first line three valves are there like in the sequence as motorised valve, pneumatic valve,manual valve.In second line also same three valves.In third line only one motorised valve My doubt is why three lines and why three valves in first and second line Hope you reply

At dea control station in the first line first valve is a motor operated isolating valve this is fully open/ close valve after that second valve is pneumatic control valve which is for flow control and third is manual isolating valve As you described i think the second line is the same as the first line so if cv of first line in shutdown it can be used And the third line is with a single electric control valve used in case we have compressor failure so we can maintain dea level by elec. Motor

At every control valve we have two isolating valves on both sides of the valve so we can do maintenance work on it while unit running

Yes it is a motorised inching valve and it has no isolating valve ....and this is all what i can guess by your comment may be the system is little different

Is it going through the boiler recirculating pump? This is provided for recirculation of water while start up and low pressure operations

@@BhagwanSRathore yes sir,the water from mixing sphere goes to BRP. Sir, during wet mode operation we are using BRP.To mixing sphere water from separator is coming for recirculation and also sir to mixing sphere, another water line (let this line as "A")is also connected which is coming from the line which is going to economizer inlet after HP heaters. What is the purpose of this line "A".

Sir,Could you please tell me that why seal steam to turbine is provided after vacuum pulling only?what will happen if you provide seal steam after vacuum pulling?

If you put seal steam before vacuum pulling it gets condensed in the sealing area and the seal steam will spread on turbine flore

Yes a vacuum pump is used to maintain vacuum and runs continuously

The recirculation line is used for flow control and it provides minimum flow if there is no requirement in discharge line
