We were spoiled growing up in the 80’s/90’s like seriously. I give this generation props for their creativity and their interpretation of music and I don’t knock it because it’s their sound. IM JUST SAYING that our sound for our era was something this world has never seen and sadly may never see again. Songs and sounds were just created from a different place. It wasn’t real unless dude was singing in the rain with his shirt off lol.

I still remember the day I had this huge track meet. It was freezing rain out and it was an all day one. And I had this single playing in my walkman. Playing on repeat all day long. I’m sure all of the schools hated me by the end of the day. That was also the day I shattered the record by a min. Music was so much better back then.
