Love the videos. Was wondering can you do a video explaining the break down of how to start a sound system. Always loved the culture but never had direct access to someone with a sound system to shadow.

Powersoft is pure quality you can hear the difference between the Chinese amps we see on here. It sounds very controlled!!

See what I mean you only know so much, right away you mention China do some research and you will find that alot of countries make power amplifiers just do your research and make sure you got some serious money to buy

@@barringtonclarke7140my friend I suggest you do some research… all the company’s that’s make knock offs copied powersoft in there design. Sure they might make powerful clones but the quality will never be there nor the sound quality.. even older amps like the classic crown macrotech sound better than many new modern amps but not as efficient

sound system thing now a days is a joke, especially among Jamaicans every body have the same amplifiers, then say that them a the best, a lot of amplifiers are out there that make power soft sound like shit, that's why almost every Jamaicans sound system sound alike
@AcidSoundSystem
Жыл бұрын
Yes there some sounds that sound alike but normally that's when its the same engineer and the identical components. now I never use to like Powersoft but I realized it was because the ones i heard were not correctly set or engineered.

At 4:21 I thought yaw were using 3 phase. @ 6:55 it look to be hooked up to a regular split phase 240v panel.
@ganjafarmer1572
Жыл бұрын
3 Phase not usually needed for sound system. 240v single phase is fine, Powersoft can run @ 120v or 240v, but will easier and draw lower amperage @ 240v. Lighting uses alot more juice than sound.

Why there are no line arrays in 2023 on this channel? Is that a comb filtering club or what. 🤣 And second question…why for the sake of Christ do you keep the amp racks far away from speakers.Why Why Why… these two things are the top things not to do….

you can correct for cable length and diameter in the amp DSP with these amps. its called Active DampingControl. "Active DampingControl is a pro- prietary algorithm which compensates for cable resistance. This means cable parameters may be entered in either Metric or American Imperial units for cable run length and wire gauge. Armonía then sets the cable resistance value and the algorithm calculates and applies the appropriate correction. Sys- tem engineers can now precisely tune each different setup based on the physi- cal realities of a particular installation, yielding consistent sonic results from a particular amplifier/loudspeaker com- bination used over various events."
