Yikes, if this is rush hours the downtown core businesses are doomed.

No worries. Many businesses in Seattle City Center are still running staggered work weeks and the tunnel is receiving nowhere near its current amount of traffic. At street level, foot traffic is mostly normal

Also, in my experience this station is by far the least used of the downtown stations. Westlake is usually pretty busy even now with reduced activity

Cuz Seattle is a dump. City leaders have allowed for the utter chaos on downtown streets and people don’t feel safe going there.

At commuter rush hour in the morning and afternoon trains could be as packed as a japanese train

Pioneer Square has the highest crime of LINK stations. Which is why you see such low ridership at this station. Along with ridership recovering from the Pandemic.

Which lightrail train units get bad hunting-oscillation? I know unit 114 did a month ago and multiple times before that. Does wheel-grinding fix this?

Sometimes they go into Street Mode to fix this. As both the kinkishyros and the Siemens can switch from being on the Street to on the elevated section or underground.

From what I've heard it's caused by a design flaw in the Kinkisharyo trains. The newer Siemens trains don't do it nearly as much

wow rush hour did you say? what 4 or 5 passengers? how many do you figure paid when there is no process to require a ticket in order to ride? This is the worst. I feel certain if people were given a choice the'd end this now before more billions are thrown away.
