100 grams of rice
150 g creme fraiche - or sour cream
2 liters of water - or vegetable broth
2 carrots - coarsely grated with a grater
2 peppers - 1 red and 1 green
2 sticks of celery
2 eggs
1 leek
1 large onion
3 tablespoons olive oil - or a vegetable oil of your choice
To season - salt and pepper to taste
