Here is my 1st Practice Sous Vide Turkey in preparation of Thanksgiving! I have done a couple turkey breast like this, but this is my 1st whole bird.. Only a 12 pounder to as I didn't want tons of leftovers..
Dry Turkey Brine:
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/8 cup lemon pepper
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs Paprika
2 tbs Italian Seasoning
