look... i 'm against abusing any animal as much as the next person, but anyone who ACTUALLY knows horses... knows hackney horses move like this naturally. they're a gaited breed. look at hackney foals, for example. hours old and they move like this. most of the horses in this video are driven well, on the vertical in a natural head carriage, collected well, and showing off (looks to be quite a few stallions here, so unsurprising). Undoubtedly there is one looking VERY stressed and uncomfortable, rearing. he should be removed form the situation before he hurts himself, his owners, or causes horses around him to panic and do the same thing, but Make sure you research before going off into a blind rage about abuse next time :)

@@hollykattenberg5638 Absolutely! What you said is exactly how it is. These keyboard jockeys should spend more time educating themselves before they spout their opinion.

A lot of people don't realize that horses move like this naturally, basically from when they learn to get movin' after birth. It's called a gaited horse and there are multiple types of gaits across many breeds. Some are really animated. There are some bad practices (like in any discipline) but there is no force or training required to get a horse to gait as they play, move, and live like this naturally. A lot of competitions are not abuse at all and most of them have been done away with entirely as we've modernized (like in the United States.)
