Ingredients :
1 cup Chana dal
2 inch Ginger
2 Green Chili
2 tbsp Rice flour
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Onion
4 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Oil
Oil for frying
Method :
Soak 1 cup chana dal in water for 2 hours.

Remove 3 tbsp Chana dal and grind the rest of the soaked dal.

Mix the removed Chana dal, 2 inch Ginger, 2 Green Chilies, 2 tbsp Rice flour, ½ tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 finely chopped Onion, and 4 tbsp Coriander leaves.

Neatly mix all the ingredients.

Grease the hands with oil and shape the vada as shown.

Deep fry in oil and serve tasty Dal Vadas.
