[ingredients]
180 g all-purpose flour (Osawa Nanbu flour)
100g sugar
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
1/2 tsp salt
Soy milk 200cc
Oil 70cc
1 tablespoon lemon 1/2 tablespoon
2 well-ripened organic bananas
2 bananas (cut) for later
Oven 180-190℃/20 minutes
[How to make]
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Mash 2 bananas with a ball
3. Add all ingredients except lemon and mix with a whipper.
4. After mixing well, add lemon (or vinegar if you don't have one) and mix well.
5. It will start foaming, so quickly pour it into the mold and add the cut bananas.
6. Bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
7. When the heat is removed, it's done!
