Aloha Jez!... It's been 52yrs since i initially heard my parents "arguing" in Chavacano. My father used to put my mother down for speaking "bastard" Spanish... He elevated his status by referring to himself as a "Castillian" speaker. The first thing you learn from any language, are cuss words in that language... that's human nature... You live long and you learn to laugh, get along and love... in its many forms... i had a dialect first... i learned about Tagalog and English in the second grade of elementary school.. One of these days, i will visit Zamboanga City where my mother is from... Please maintain your happiness and enthusiasm... ALOHA Jez.

Hello. The Chavacano song of your content is entitled "Nuay etu, nuay manyana". That is from the band COMIC RELIEF. My brother was the band drummer and they practiced at our home before. I am so delighted watching your reaction videos. I am from Zamboanga City and I feel so proud of my dialect. Thank you for your videos! And I hope that you will go farther and successful with your vlog 🥳❤

Chavacano is similar to French Creole. Spanish speakers understanding Chavacano is like French speakers understanding French Creole from Louisiana.

✌️😅🇵🇭 ❤️ Some of the examples they had was in Chavacano while the other ones are in Spanish or specifically in Philippine Spanish or Filipino Spanish. That's why some of the examples are easier for Spanish speakers, users, advanced learners, advanced students and communicators to understand compared to the other examples they had. The other examples that they had and that are in Chavacano are written in casual, familiar, common and/or informal Chavacano with casual, familiar, common and/or informal spellings that we Zamboangueños would commonly or typically and casually or informally use everyday for informal settings. If the other examples that had and that are in Chavacano are just or only written and spelled in the official, formal, standard or standardized Chavacano of Zamboanga City, then those examples might be easier to understand compared to the Chavacano examples and spellings that they had. Buenas noches desde na Ciudad de Zamboanga na Filipinas! 👋😊
