Excellent content and very well presented. Full marks for a different approach. I have a question regarding @3:46 "on the weekend". "At the weekend" is what I have always heard and used as a native speaker. Are you speaking a particular dialect of English ? Just curious because I never heard it before.

Thank you for your comment! ‘At the weekend’ is more common in British English and to be honest that’s what I would usually say. ‘On the weekend’ is more common in American English. Since I have lived outside the UK for a while, sometimes the way I speak is influenced by other speakers of English so that’s probably what happened here!
