Cassava cake is a traditional Filipino dessert frequently served in parties, special occasion or family gatherings. There's a lot of variations you can do in making this dessert. In this recipe, I added macapuno to make it special.
Ingredients:
2 - 16oz. Grated Cassava
1 can Coconut Milk
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 bottle Macapuno (rinsed and drained)
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Topping:
3/4 cup Condensed Milk
1 Egg yolk
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
