This one was a little more fumbly than usual 😁 but demonstrates a typical Friday afternoon in the studio. If you tuned in for the premiere, thank you! Be sure to check out the results here in the final Sonic Experiment of 2023 - a great way to end the year. kzitem.info/news/bejne/mW2kzaeennhoapg

I sold my WMD mixer. I git the Frap stuff. But now I'm liking the look of the Xaos mixer collection lately.

I was eye-balling the XAOC Praga or Befaco Hexmix options. PM's 10 ch with 4 of them Stereo seemed optimal to me.

I just got a used West Pest semi from Perfect Circuit. I swear that thing is the cheapest and best gateway drug into moduler I've ever seen. One of these and an East Beast, and you get a solid look into both styles. It was under $200.

@@VisionsMusicGroup Actually I'm suggesting you recommend them to others. You probably have far less use for them. On this rare occasion I'm not trying to tempt you. 😜🤑

I just wanted to say again how much I appreciated you putting me on to the chainsaws as well, two of them are wonderful together

I have a goal for next year to figure out polyphony in Modular using 2x Chainsaws. While I do not usually hook a keyboard to modular, Chainsaw just sounds so amazing I'd like to try. I'm assuming I need some kind of MIDI to CV converter.

@@VisionsMusicGroup I use the FH-2 from expert sleepers with expanders with great effect. I think with chainsaw the best you can really get is paraphony, but with different paraphonic voicing modes it can be super fun.
