Amanda Penecale from Bucks County, Pa is known for her pure voice and gentle observational songwriting. Her first EP, Middle Ground, was selected for airplay on WXPN. She later moved to Nashville where she attended classes at the Station Inn, connected with ASCAP, the NSAI and Sound Exchange, and formed a band called The Lost Sleep. Moving back to Pa in 2018 she became an active member of the Philadelphia Song Circle, frequented Godfrey Daniels, and had solo sets at Bethlehem Musikfest in 2020 and 2021. Amanda’s writing has earned recognition as a finalist for the Philadelphia Songwriters Project, and as finalist in the 4th Annual Christmas Songwriting Competition by USA Songwriting. Penecale continues to write and record while based between Bucks County, Pa and Ocean Grove, Nj. Most recently her music has been curated into acoustic playlists on Spotify perfect for coffee on the porch.

Our mission is to provide professional development and advocacy for artists, venues, and music professionals within the umbrella genres of folk, roots, and Americana to ensure the vitality of the community and the sustainable pursuit of a life in the arts.
