This one is all about speed and variety. In Phase 3's Speed Demon Circuit we do a total of 32 different exercises!!!
We kick-off the workout with our standard warm-up, then get right into some fast-paced, adrenaline inducing on-spot exercises in Phase 2's Supersonic Drill. Phase 3, is the main event - the Speed Demon Circuit! We have 4 different rounds with 4 different stations with 4 different cardio blasters in-between rotations of the circuit. Whoa!!! It will be no problem keeping the energy high in the room with this one…
