for whoever is curious there is many techniques advanced readers use to read faster I will explain the main ones below o7 the first one, is one of the most difficult stop saying words in ur head as u read them (called sub-vocalization) waiting for imaginary sounds of words drastically reduces read speed if u manage to pass that, u will want to expand how many words u can read per glance the average person reads roughly 7 *letters* per glance you should start with 3 *words* per glance and u can work your way up to alot more 7 words per glance is a solid goal if u like reading manga u can practice reading more then 1 line per glance some speech bubbles have a couple words per line for 2 lines u looking at below 7 words in most bubbles, its perfect for advanced techniques even for bubbles with like 100 words, because its a narrow as crap space u can read 1 line per glance, since lines cannot contain many words they are not simple techniques and it can take real practice but I think its fascinating
