Not trying to throw cold water on this approach... but, in my personal experience, I've never seen anyone get dramatically faster. Meaning, once they're conditioned (healthy body fat %, baseline of cardio, etc) it's very difficult to make someone faster than their default setting. Anyone have a different experience?

Its like so but if you do more speed work and focus only on that for a while you will get faster you can always get a little bit faster but dramatically no.

I coached a high school kid to be middle of the pack on his soccer team to the fastest in top speed and change in direction by a lot. Drilling coordination and just having correct stride without thought makes a huge difference.

You actually can. The more drills and sacrifices you make to train to get faster, the more your nervous system will change cause your brain will start thinking that speed is ESSENTIAL for its survival. So while you may not make any physical changes to your body, you could make psychological changes and increase mind muscle connection and strengthening certain genes and how much they are expressed.
