BACK WORKOUT:
Single arm DB row 4 sets, 8 reps each arm
Lat pull down 4 sets 8 reps
Cable bicep curl 4 sets 10 reps
Cable pull overs 4 sets 12 reps
Seated row 4 sets 8 reps
Tortellini pasta (2 portions):
1 pack of tomato & mozzarella tortellini
260g chicken breast raw
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tin chopped tomato
75ml single cream
1 tsp oregano
40g mozzarella
Sticky chicken & rice (1 portion):
1/4 pepper
1 tsp garlic and ginger
150g raw chicken breast
1 tbsp corn flour
1 spring onion
1 tbsp sriracha
lime juice
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 pack of sticky rice
1 tsp sesame seeds
